Overview

Northwind is a digital bank built for people who grew up with their phone in hand. We rethought the core money-management experience from the ground up.

The challenge

Legacy banking apps overwhelm users with options. The goal was a calm, focused interface that surfaces the right action at the right time without sacrificing depth.

Outcome

The redesigned flows reduced time-to-transfer by 40% and lifted weekly active usage by 22% in the first quarter after launch.
